JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support for KWE general user application & maintenance
- Suppport for Customer system user application & maintenance
- Software support for operation area and offices
- Hardware/equipment support for operation area and offices
- Support in IT related assets maintenance and audit
- Support for networking, server and database maintenance
- Handle occasional incidents as reported by user
Job Requirement:
- Candidates must possess a Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in IT support role is preferred. However, entry level candidates are also encouraged to apply
- Good knowledge in Windows OS, Virtualization, Switching & Routing, Enterprise Networking, Wireless Network, Security Products, and Firewall.
- Knowledge in Azure/MS365/Active Directory is an advantage
- Fast Learner with strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Working 5.5 days / week (Mon - Sat)
- *Candidate MUST possess own transportation for work purpose
- *Candidate MUST be able to work outside office hours when required
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
