JUNIOR MARKETING:
- Design marketing material for online and print campaigns.
- Assist in the creation, scheduling and management of content for social media.
- Conduct research into customer trends and behaviours and report to management.
- Assist in managing and updating the company website as required.
- Plan community events, sponsorships and fundraisers, next big campaign, crafting engaging posts, or working with influencers
- Conduct data analysis into the success of campaigns.
- To be creative with everything from content creation to managing PR and influencer collaborations
- Plan and execute promotional activities on E-commerce (i.e TikTok Shop) and on-ground events.
- Coordinate TikTok and Instagram lives.
- Designated Live Host for every product launch on Instagram and TikTok.
- Ensure the increase in brand awareness through retention programs.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors/third-party crew during on-ground events.
- Plan out visual merchandising for our boutiques that is in line with the company’s branding.

SENIOR MARKETING:
- Develop marketing campaigns and media relations strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Design/ Creative) and maintain open communication with directors and senior management.
- Edit and update promotional material and publications (videos, social media posts, etc.).
- Prepare and organize events, press releases and launches and serve as the company’s spokesperson.
- Seek opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, sponsorships and advertising.
- Find suitable sponsors and use different channels to optimize campaign's reach and success.
- Track media coverage and follow industry trends.
- Plan, implement and manage marketing relations strategies including developing budgets for the department.
- Helps develop and manage Jannahnoe brand identity.
- Monitors the public's opinions and topical issues on the brand.
- Responds to media and public enquiries.
- Arranges interviews with media outlets.
- Prepares and distributes press releases.
- Writes, edits, and produces newsletters, for the company social media accounts.
- Assists with the preparation of annual reports, business profiles, and other corporate documents.
- Writes speeches and oversees the development of visual and multimedia aids for company presentations.
- Represents company on behalf at press conferences, media interviews, and presentations.
- Organises and manages special events, such as open days, conferences, and fundraisers.
- Measure performance of each activity and event.
- Pay: RM3,5000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
- Proven experience as Marketing Executive or in any similar role
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Proficient in MS Office
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
