  • Work towards achieving the store’s monthly targets.
  • Ensure stock replenishment is carried out to maintain a fully stocked store.
  • Deliver exceptional sales service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the store’s appearance and uphold visual merchandising standards.
  • Identify and address customers' needs and preferences.
  • Stay informed about the latest product information.
  • Clearly explain the features and benefits of products.
  • Oversee point-of-sale transactions efficiently.
  • Participate actively in the receiving of new shipments.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Customer-focused with the ability to attract potential customers.
  • Flexible to work during retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Willingness to work at Sogo, KL.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
