- Ensure stock replenishment is carried out to maintain a fully stocked store.
- Deliver exceptional sales service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the store’s appearance and uphold visual merchandising standards.
- Identify and address customers' needs and preferences.
- Stay informed about the latest product information.
- Clearly explain the features and benefits of products.
- Oversee point-of-sale transactions efficiently.
- Participate actively in the receiving of new shipments.

Requirements:
- Customer-focused with the ability to attract potential customers.
- Flexible to work during retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willingness to work at Sogo, KL.
