Boutique Manager - Naelofar (Sunway Carnival Penang)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and organize all store operations, delegating responsibilities to staff.
• Supervise and guide employees to achieve optimal performance.
• Monitor stock levels and purchases, ensuring they remain within budget.
• Handle customer complaints to preserve the store’s reputation.
• Conduct store inspections and address any issues that arise.
• Plan and manage in-store promotional events or displays.
• Stay updated on market trends to identify areas for store improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a retail manager or in a similar managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of retail management best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Commercially aware with a strong understanding of the retail market.
• Analytical mindset and familiarity with data analysis principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be available to work at Sunway Carnival Penang.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
