Responsibilities:
- Keep up to date with product information.
- Train new employees on sales techniques and visual standards.
- Work towards achieving the store’s monthly targets.
- Provide accurate descriptions of product features and benefits.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions efficiently.
- Participate actively in receiving new shipments.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform stock replenishment to ensure the store remains fully stocked.
- Deliver excellent sales service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the store’s condition and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
- Identify and address customers' needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisor or senior role.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to attract potential customers.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willingness to work at Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur.
