Boutique Supervisor - Naelofar (Mid Valley)

Responsibilities:

• Keep up to date with product information.
• Train new employees on sales techniques and visual standards.
• Work towards achieving the store’s monthly targets.
• Provide accurate descriptions of product features and benefits.
• Manage point-of-sale transactions efficiently.
• Participate actively in receiving new shipments.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform stock replenishment to ensure the store remains fully stocked.
• Deliver excellent sales service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the store’s condition and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
• Identify and address customers' needs and preferences.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisor or senior role.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to attract potential customers.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willingness to work at Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
