Market Access Executive (Patient Access Program)
Job Description
To support the organisation's work in cancer prevention, early detection, care and support services via delivery of programmes centered around the pillars of Educate, Care and Support of the NCSM. The executive is required to execute, monitor, report and support activities and programmes on all platforms. As a Patient Access Program Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning and success of our Patient Access Programs (PAPs) for medications and Oral Nutritional Supplements (ONS). This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical companies. You will be responsible for running the entire process of PAPs, from assisting patients to coordinating with pharmacists and doctors, ensuring seamless medication and ONS purchasing and distribution, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients enrolled in the PAPs.
- Assist patients with program enrollment, guide them through the application process, and address any inquiries they may have about their medication or the program.
- Assist in establishing effective communication channels with pharmacists and doctors responsible for treating patients enrolled in the PAPs.
- Assist in collaborations with healthcare professionals to gather treatment details and ensure patients receive their prescribed medications on time.
- Handle the day-to-day operations of medication and ONS purchasing, distribution, and stock keeping.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication and ONS purchases, distribution, and patient information.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science is preferred but those with a healthcare related degree are encouraged to apply for this position.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with patients, healthcare professionals, and pharmaceutical representatives.
Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
