Multi-Branch Supervisor
Position Summary
The Multi-Branch Supervisor oversees operations, staff, and performance across multiple branch locations. They ensure smooth daily operations, maintain service quality, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1.Manage Branch Operations: Ensure all branches run efficiently and follow company policies.
2.Supervise Staff: Train, support, and evaluate branch managers and employees.
3.Boost Sales & Service: Set targets, monitor performance, and improve customer satisfaction.
4.Control Budgets: Track expenses, manage costs, and ensure financial goals are met.
5.Ensure Compliance: Follow company policies and industry regulations.
6.Report & Coordinate: Communicate with management and provide updates on branch performance.
Requirements
1.Experience in managing multiple locations or teams.
2.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
3.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
4.Willingness to travel between branches.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
