We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to manage and develop the respective channels and categories of the NP business at the branch level.
A day in the life of a Regional Sales Manager
- To maximize NP sales within the channels, key customer in Trade Spend, Trading terms, Efficient Customer Response (ECR) in relation to the
- Implement strategic channel plans and key regional and local initiatives to achieve ambition to be the leader in branded non-carbonated beverage and food solutions.
- To manage a diverse team of specific functions and technicalities which comprises of the Technical Team and Quality Assurance Representatives.
- Flawless execution of all events
- Strategy, targets and results: Delivering individual targets for specific Category/Product Revenue and/or Food and Beverage within the negotiated agreements.
- Effective Territory management and Dealers Management.
- Manage trade spend and Customer Contribution within the agreed guidelines by Category within the Customer and Channel Group.
- Ensure effective execution of brand communications for relevant channels to drive brand visibility, awareness and subsequently purchase/ repeat purchase and driving consumption moments via marketing programs/activities.
- Efficient execution and Management of System Asset Register, Trade asset performance to drive profitable vending business.
- Responsible for coaching of sales team in product knowledge/application, selling & negotiation skills. Able to provide guidance to vending technical and QA teams.
- Responsible for implementing best practices and processes for excellence as defined by the Global DG best practices standards.
- Responsible for managing all aspects of people with HR related to the beverage specialist areas, recruitment, training, development, succession planning, reviews and appraisals.

- More than 5 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results
- Leads Customer Channel & Territory team.
- Understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field Sales Operation
- Has demonstrated success in a number of diverse sales roles.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop people Demonstrates initiative with a results orientation, while exhibiting strong drive and leadership skills.
