We are looking for a Retail Operations Manager to lead and manage our 52 retail stores in the East Malaysia (Sarawak, Sabah & Labuan). If you have strong leadership skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, this is the perfect opportunity!

What You’ll Do:

§ Manage daily store operations across multiple locations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.

§ Set and achieve sales targets (Sales Target, ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall, and Conversion Rate).

§ Lead, train, and motivate store teams to provide excellent customer service and boost sales.

§ Ensure all stores follow company policies on operations, promotions, pricing, and merchandising.

§ Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

§ Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions.

§ Ensure stock availability and proper inventory management to meet customer demand.

§ Manage store budgets and operational costs efficiently.

§ Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching and ensure high performance.

What We’re Looking For:

§ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.

§ At least 8 -12 years of experience in retail operations with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

§ Preferably Retail Operations Manager/ Regional Manager/ Head of Retail - specializing in Sales - Retail/ General in Fashion Industry / Footwear / Pharmaceutical, Home and Living Retail Chain Store Retailer and Franchising.

§ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

§ Ability to analyze sales data and drive store performance.

§ Experience in managing multiple store locations.

§ Excellent communication skills to work with different teams.

§ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
