· Managing, updating and building the sales contacts database through various channels.
· Preparing sales proposals.
· Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities or service (e.g hours of operation, rate and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurant etc)
· Generating reports, preparing proposals, collections details, coordinating with clients & suppliers
· Ability to solve problems and ultimately deliver sales results within set time frames.
· Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment.
· Analysing results of email marketing campaigns for sales prospects and follow-up.
· Developing sales strategies and channel sales relationships.
· Ensures all documents produces by the sales department (e.g banquet event orders, contracts, rooming lists, proposal) are completed accurately and on time
· Manage and maintain managers schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
· Arrange and co-ordinate meetings, events and any appointments
· Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
· Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures
· File and retrieve documents and reference materials
· Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material are available at all times
