  • Execute a comprehensive calendar of sports and recreational activities, events, and programs.
  • Provide guidance, instruction, and supervision to participants during sport activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, rules, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with instructors, coaches, and external vendors to ensure the successful implementation and execution of sports and recreational initiatives.
  • Actively engage with members to solicit feedback, assess interests, and identify opportunities for new sports and recreational activities and events.
  • Responsible for maintenance, cleanliness, and safety issues on the sport recreation facilities, prayer room, kids' room, etc.
  • Handle escalated guest issues and complaints, working towards effective resolutions while maintaining positive guest relationships.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products offered by each outlet and hotel, as well as staying informed about upcoming events and activities to effectively promote them to our valued members and guests.
  • Act as an ambassador for the club, upholding its image, branding, and positioning it as a high-prestige establishment.
  • Promote and drive the sale of open memberships to all patrons who visit the club, especially to members' guests.
  • Practice be spoke services whenever possible to capitalize on opportunities to sell memberships and event space.
  • Promote club operators such as food & beverage outlets, banquets, spa services, and bowling, supporting them as tenants.
  • Observe and report any safety and security issues, as well as defects in facilities that require repairs and maintenance, following up to ensure action is taken.
  • Maintain accurate records of member and guest interactions, feedback, and preferences, leveraging this information to enhance future interactions and service delivery.
  • Maintain databases such as records of programs, attendance for each activity & event, feedback to perform report analysis, and evaluate program effectiveness to inform future planning.
  • Promote sports and recreational programs through various channels, including club newsletters, social media, and community outreach.
  • Assist in creating new promotion packages.
  • To perform any additional functions in other sections where appropriate or any task as directed by the Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
