  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Company Background: Superstore Complex Manager
Location: Pandan, Taman Molek, Johor Bahru
Working Hours: 6 days per week

As the Complex Manager, you will oversee the security, maintenance, housekeeping, and overall well-being of S’MART Complex, ensuring smooth operations and seamless coordination across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Site & Building Security:

  • Safeguard the complex by preventing theft, managing traffic flow, and promptly responding to alarms.
  • Regularly monitor CCTV, conduct spot checks, and maintain essential safety systems, such as fire extinguishers and alarms.

Building Maintenance:

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to inspect and maintain the building’s infrastructure, while addressing preventive maintenance needs.

General Maintenance:

  • Oversee all maintenance operations, including electrical, plumbing, and equipment servicing.
  • Conduct regular inspections, ensure preventive maintenance, and manage inventory control.

Housekeeping:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of all areas, including shops, restrooms, parking lots, and surrounding grounds.
  • Manage landscaping, cleaning schedules, and the safe use of cleaning chemicals.

Tenant Management:

  • Conduct tenant inspections to ensure compliance with agreements and enforce rules.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Support tenant participation in the S’MART membership program.

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and oversee budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Other Duties:

  • Manage government relations, ensure compliance with policies, and establish robust emergency response systems.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department on promotional events and lead the operations team to achieve company goals.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in the mall or retail industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
