1. To plan and execute outbound marketing blitz at the surrounding area and also outstation area when it is required.

2. To conduct product and service presentation to potential prospects, clients and partners with the objective to achieve sales target and deliver the best customer service.

3. To attend to all marketing enquiries, including act as liaison to walk-in customers, telephone and internet inquiries by providing relevant information about the products and services of the Company.

4. To build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers aimed to increase customer base and loyalty.

5. To contact prospective clients by cold calling, premise visits, networking, lead generation, proposal submission, and appointments in order to meet and exceed established sales & revenue quotas.

1. To follow up on all existing and potential clients to ensure the training and development programmes are accomplished based on the needs of the organisation and the individual.

2. To identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing marketing options.

3. To assist in executing overall marketing and sales event and activities either locally and overseas (i.e. exhibitions, programmes, etc.)

4. To collaborate with the entire training division, to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, cost & ROI monitoring, align content to overall marketing roadmap (i.e. promotion, campaign, online/ offline event, contest and etc.)

5. To measure and reports performance of all marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

6. To identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

7. To utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

8. To provide and present marketing report, proposal and suggestion for improvement to Training Director on weekly/monthly basis.

9. To manage and work closely with relevant stakeholders to increase good ratings and reviews on the relevant social and digital platforms.

10. To collaborates with government agencies and other vendor partners.

11. To perform any other tasks as requested by the superiors and management and to generally, perform all marketing work.

12. Work closely with program staff, leadership, and other departments to gather necessary information, refine project details, and ensure proposals align with organizational priorities.

13. Ensure adherence to grant conditions, manage reporting requirements, and submit necessary documentation on time to maintain funding.

14. Develop strategies to engage and mobilize the community or target population, ensuring broad participation and impactful outcomes.

15. Maintain detailed, accurate grant budgets that comply with funder requirements.

16. To perform any other tasks as requested by the superior and management.

17. Monitor grant conditions and ensure timely submission of required documentation.

18. Responsible of the full cycle of recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing and referring qualified talents as required.
