Job Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Paid Advertising Management:

  • Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Business accounts, ensuring regular content posting, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Create, run, and monitor Facebook & Google Ads campaigns, ensuring high ROI and conversion rates.
  • Develop targeted ad strategies based on audience insights and analytics.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven improvements.

2. SEO Strategy & Website Management:

  • Optimize the Poet Living website for search engines to improve rankings for relevant keywords.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits to enhance website structure, content, and technical aspects for better visibility.
  • Implement basic front-end & back-end updates (e.g., product descriptions, meta tags, page speed improvements).
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless user experience (UX) and customer journey on the website.

3. E-commerce & Platform Management

  • Work with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms to enhance digital sales strategies.
  • Optimize website performance for a seamless shopping experience.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze digital marketing data and provide actionable insights
  • Report on campaign performance, engagement trends, and customer behaviors.

5. Creative Branding & Storytelling:

  • Develop engaging content that aligns with brand storytelling.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or paid advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads (including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Search Console.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms, with basic HTML & CSS understanding.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of branding and storytelling.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
