Job Summary : Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right products, ensuring exceptional customer service is consistently provided.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- 1-2 years of retail experience is a plus
- Friendly, courteous, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A warm, engaging personality with a customer-focused approach
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist Pharmacists with day-to-day operations in the outlet
- Ensure the outlet remains well-organized clean, and presentable at all times
- Provide a warm, friendly greeting to customers and assist them with inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the retail outlet
- Manage stock levels and inventory efficiently
- Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately
- Training will be provided
