S & A Bintang Sdn. Bhd., also known by the brand "DoctoAircond", is a company specializing in air conditioning maintenance, repair, and installation services for residential and commercial buildings. Established on August 29, 2013, the company is headquartered at Jalan Perindustrian Suntrack, Seksyen 13, Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor. Today, DoctoAircond has grown into a successful company with over 300 employees nationwide.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCount, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software.
Knowledge: Familiar with financial regulations, tax compliance, and audit processes.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy and efficiency.
Problem-Solving: Proactive in resolving financial discrepancies and improving processes.
Team Player: Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Job Scope:
1. Financial Record Preparation and Maintenance
-Prepare and maintain account ledgers, financial statements, and other accounting records.
-Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in compliance with accounting standards.
2. Financial Statement Preparation
-Prepare Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
-Analyze financial reports to identify trends or financial issues within the company.
3. Budget Management and Financial Forecasting
-Prepare annual budgets and conduct financial forecasting.
-Monitor company expenses to ensure spending remains within the allocated budget.
4. Tax Preparation and Legal Compliance
-Calculate and prepare corporate taxes, including Income Tax, SST/GST/VAT.
-Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
5. Accounts Payable & Receivable Management
-Manage payments to suppliers and ensure timely collection from clients.
-Perform bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial transactions.
6. Internal and External Audits
-Prepare financial documents and reports for audit purposes.
-Communicate with internal and external auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards.
7. Cost Control and Financial Process Improvement
-Review and control company expenses to improve financial efficiency.
-Recommend improvements in accounting processes and internal controls.
8. Accounting Systems and Financial Technology
-Proficient in using AutoCount accounting software.
-Automate accounting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
