As a Team Manager, you’ll:
Lead and manage a team of Technical Support Specialists, ensuring high levels of performance, engagement, and motivation
Oversee daily operations, including troubleshooting complex technical issues, providing mentorship to team members to meet service level agreement (SLAs)
Drive team performance and continuous improvement
Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth IT operations
Requirements:
- Fluent in **Mandarin & English** (essential for client support)
- 5+ years of IT support experience
- 2+ years in a managerial role
- Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, networks)
- Leadership skills to motivate & develop your team
