Key responsibilities:

  • Support Store Manager to lead team performance
  • Ensure outlet operation standards are being practiced by all team members.
  • Arrange manpower schedule to maximize sales opportunities effectively following rules and regulations.
  • Provide coaching on-the-floor training for all Beauty Advisor using sales management tools.
  • Lead, motivate and support the retail team consistently.
  • Monitor and highlight individual sales weaknesses to the Trainer for training arrangement.
  • Communicate with Store Manager to build sales and teamwork.
  • Achieve given sales target and expectations.
  • Calculate and submit self-commission Report to Store Manager timely and accurately.
  • Take responsibility to minimize stock loss and maximize boutique’s security.
  • Ensure merchandising is attractive, up-to-date and consistent with marketing plans.
  • Support and Execute company’s Recycling program – Big Litte Things at store level.

Job Requirements:

  • Prefer 1 - 2 years’ experience in similar role
  • Detailed, sales driven, self-motivated and capable of leading juniors
  • Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
  • Dedicated with desire to strive towards excellence
  • Team player and passionate to learn
  • Customer orientated with positive attitude
  • Positive attitude and pleasant personality
  • Service oriented with high enthusiasm to serves
