Job Summary:
Bath & Body Works is looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our team at Bintang Megamall, Miri. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales and performance targets
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and in-store experience
  • Manage daily store operations, including staffing, visual merchandising, and inventory
  • Drive individual and team performance through effective communication and leadership
  • Monitor and analyze store KPIs, taking proactive actions to improve results
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail management
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
  • Passion for customer service and retail excellence
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
