
Store keeper
Responsibilities :-
- Ensure that the store. office and showroom area in good, clean and presentable conditions at all times.
- Ensure that all the stock are in proper condition and arrangement for easy reference and
stock-take.
- In-charge for stock-out and stock-in arrangement with complete and proper documentation.
- In-charge for the unloading and loading for all the in-coming and out-going goods.
- Ensure that the store has the minimal quantity of each product item and make plan for top-up
arrangement.
- Prepare and ensure that minimal quantity of each product item hand-set sample at any time.
- Prepare and pack samples in the good condition for customer collection and delivery.
- Do the monthly plus ad hoc physical stock-take and reporting (when needed) with accounts
department.
- In-charge for the product specs and quality (plus color matching) for each batch of the delivery..
- To report immediately of any problem of the product specs and quality issues for any in-coming
goods.
- All the unacceptable product specs and quality issues of the returned and exchanged goods
will be rejected.
- Demonstrate installation of each flooring product plus the accessories to customers etc
- Help out customer and/or colleague enquiry about the product technical specs.
- Help customer and/or colleagues for each product stock status and availability.
- Help out on the non routine works and responsibilities in the office and showroom when needed.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a SPM qualification or equivalent
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
- Good communication, integration and interpersonal skills
- Computer knowledge in using MS Office preferable.
- Preferably with at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Fresh school leavers will be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Experience:
- Storekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
