Responsibility
- Make cold calls to potential customers in Australia to promote Menumiz solutions.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations to close deals.
- Manage and track leads using CRM and online platforms.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers, including feedback and sales progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve lead conversion.
- Handle follow-ups, queries, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to engage customers effectively.
- Must have excellent proficiency in English for job requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
