About the Job:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support business operations by providing accurate information and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and troubleshooting steps.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Monitor and follow up on pending customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as technical support and sales, for issue resolution.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and data protection regulations.
- Identify recurring customer concerns and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or night shift role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and remain productive during night shifts.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if required.
