Job Scope

  • Assist in processing payroll for employees on a timely basis
  • Support calculations of wages, overtime, deductions and bonuses as needed
  • Support in ensuring timely distribution of paychecks
  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee payroll records, including tax and employment information
  • Support payroll in validating Kronos Overtime Report by comparing Overtime Codes with systems data
  • Assist with LHDN Audit and preparation of audit reports
  • Registration of newly hired employees in government portal
  • Compile data and schedules for Corporate Tax Audit

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience with strong technical accounting knowledge in a Multinational Company setup, preferably in a FMCG setup or reputable audit firms
  • Experience in SAP will be an added advantage
  • Good communication skill
