ROLE: Customer Success Executive

PROJECT: E - Hailing

LOCATION:

  • Nusa Jaya, a fast-developing city that offers a variety of opportunities (FREE shuttle bus service provided – Skudai, Tampoi, Larkin Sentral, Bukit Indah, Taman Universiti, Gelang Patah, Nusa Height, City Square)

JOB SCOPE:

  • Handling inbound calls/emails/live chat regarding customer's general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues related to the company's products
  • Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their Grab services, payment issues, apps orders, etc

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills (spoken & written)
  • SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full Training Provided
  • Candidate must Pass SPM (BM & SEJARAH)

SALARY PACKAGE:

  • Basic Salary: RM1,900
  • KPI/Attendance allowance: up to RM400
  • Shift Allowance: up to RM300
  • Salary: Up to RM 2,600 per month (including allowances)

WORKING HOURS:

  • Rotational shift
  • 9 hours working a day (inclusive of 1 hour break)
  • 6 working days a week with 1 day off (depending on scheduled shifts)
  • Training provided (1 month)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
