ROLE: Customer Success Executive
PROJECT: E - Hailing
LOCATION:
- Nusa Jaya, a fast-developing city that offers a variety of opportunities (FREE shuttle bus service provided – Skudai, Tampoi, Larkin Sentral, Bukit Indah, Taman Universiti, Gelang Patah, Nusa Height, City Square)
JOB SCOPE:
- Handling inbound calls/emails/live chat regarding customer's general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues related to the company's products
- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their Grab services, payment issues, apps orders, etc
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills (spoken & written)
- SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full Training Provided
- Candidate must Pass SPM (BM & SEJARAH)
SALARY PACKAGE:
- Basic Salary: RM1,900
- KPI/Attendance allowance: up to RM400
- Shift Allowance: up to RM300
- Salary: Up to RM 2,600 per month (including allowances)
WORKING HOURS:
- Rotational shift
- 9 hours working a day (inclusive of 1 hour break)
- 6 working days a week with 1 day off (depending on scheduled shifts)
- Training provided (1 month)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
