Senior Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening,
- interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Utilise various sourcing methods, including external partners, job boards, networking,
and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future

Requirements:
Must haves:
- Diploma or higher qualification in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in recruitment or HR related roles, with at
- least 1.5 years within the same company.
- Result-oriented with a growth mindset & able to recover from setbacks quickly.
- Strong sense of collaboration, highly attentive to nuances in communication &
identifying talents.
- Previous experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
