JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inventory Management – Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking of storage.
  • Reorder Analysis – Analyze reorder reports to determine stock levels. For slow-moving or aged stock, minimize quantities, and follow allocation guidelines for P-stock.
  • Inventory Forecasting – Estimate the amount of inventory to order based on the production cycle or turnover rate.
  • Average Daily Sales Tracking – Use the ERP system to track average daily sales by dividing total sales during the forecast period by the number of days.
  • Reorder Points – Establish reorder points for stock items to ensure timely replenishment and avoid stockouts.
  • Stock Level Monitoring – Review stock holding levels by analyzing monthly coverage and aging reports.
  • Order Process Management – Ensure the order process runs smoothly from order placement to delivery, following scheduled timelines and minimizing fulfillment delays.
  • Identifying Product Shortages – Monitor key items (e.g., top 30 SKUs) to ensure adequate stock levels, especially during promotional periods.
