Business Leader – Diagnostic & Surgical Equipment
Responsibilities:-
Will be responsible for driving the growth, sales performance, and strategic direction of the assigned product portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement and strategic planning.
Market Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities to enhance product visibility and adoption.
Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, and key decision-makers, including medical professionals, procurement teams, and administrators.
Product & Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth product knowledge, training, and support to customers and internal teams. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
Business Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to generate actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
Regulatory Compliance & Tender Management: Ensure adherence to medical device regulations and manage tender submissions for government and private healthcare facilities.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical application specialists, and supply chain teams, to ensure smooth operations and business success.
Requirements:-
Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably with experience in surgical or diagnostic equipment.
Sales & Business Acumen: Proven track record in sales, business development, and managing high-value accounts in the healthcare sector.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with hospital-based medical technologies, equipment usage, and clinical applications will be an added advantage.
Communication & Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and business partners.
Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration
Work location : Preferably base KL, can be other state in west coast.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
