- Identify new business opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, industries, and markets to expand the company's client base.
- Generate leads and close sales: Proactively reach out to leads via phone, email, or in-person meetings to convert them into customers.

2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with clients: Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships by providing excellent service.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, answering queries, and providing solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services: Encourage customers to purchase additional products or services based on their needs.
3. Product Knowledge
- Understand and promote products/services: Stay updated on the company’s products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
- Provide product demonstrations: Conduct product presentations or demonstrations for prospective clients.
4. Market Research and Reporting
- Monitor market trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare sales reports: Regularly report on sales activities, performance, and market conditions to management.
5. Administrative Tasks
- Prepare quotes and proposals: Create pricing proposals and quotations for clients based on their specific needs and requirements.
- Update CRM systems: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and deals in the company’s customer relationship management system.
6. Collaboration and Teamwork
- Coordinate with other departments: Work with the marketing, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Attend meetings and training sessions: Participate in team meetings, sales training, and product knowledge sessions to improve performance.
7. Negotiation and Contract Management
- Negotiate pricing and terms: Work with clients to negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details in alignment with company policies.
- Prepare contracts: Draft and manage agreements with clients, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven sales experience and ability to close deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
