Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with HR and Business leadership in addressing key recruitment challenges, develop and prioritize recruiting and sourcing strategies, and key recruiting initiatives
  • Handling day-to-day recruitment operations, and continuous improvement of recruiting processes, including planning, sourcing, assessing, and reporting
  • Build and maintain recruiting pipeline including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events, and managing sourcing activities & assessment
  • Provide Reports- Analytics- and Business Insights in project cadence call & update reports
  • Participate and provide support to all Recruitment and HR initiatives.
  • Source and pre-qualify candidates that match client requirements, primarily by leveraging Application Tracking System and direct sourcing channels

Requirements:

  • BSc in any field of study
  • More than 7 years of recruiting experience with proven track record of volume hires
  • Experience in team leadership preferred
  • Organized, strong prioritization skills and familiar with MS Excel
  • Agile and able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, possess an agile mindset and always seek innovative solutions
  • Tech savvy and work well with tools
  • Possess team spirit with good communication and people skills
