Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand in a timely manner
- Collaborate with HR and Business leadership in addressing key recruitment challenges, develop and prioritize recruiting and sourcing strategies, and key recruiting initiatives
- Handling day-to-day recruitment operations, and continuous improvement of recruiting processes, including planning, sourcing, assessing, and reporting
- Build and maintain recruiting pipeline including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events, and managing sourcing activities & assessment
- Provide Reports- Analytics- and Business Insights in project cadence call & update reports
- Participate and provide support to all Recruitment and HR initiatives.
- Source and pre-qualify candidates that match client requirements, primarily by leveraging Application Tracking System and direct sourcing channels

Requirements:
- BSc in any field of study
- More than 7 years of recruiting experience with proven track record of volume hires
- Experience in team leadership preferred
- Organized, strong prioritization skills and familiar with MS Excel
- Agile and able to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently, possess an agile mindset and always seek innovative solutions
- Tech savvy and work well with tools
- Possess team spirit with good communication and people skills
