Build Generative AI Solutions
- Architect and advise on scalable, future-proof AI solutions tailored to business needs.
- Design and implement generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Develop and optimize pipelines for training, evaluating, and deploying generative models in production environments
- Innovate and refine prompt engineering strategies to enhance model performance and interaction.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with business departments, data scientists and, software engineers to seamlessly integrate generative AI into applications and workflows
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Platform Administration & Optimization:
- Perform administrative tasks such as setting up new resources for our internal customers
- Ensure effective lifecycle management of applications
Security & Risk Management:
- Implement and maintain robust data security measures, including encryption, sensitivity labeling, and access controls.
Training & Support:
- Develop training materials, best practices, and guidelines to empower users at all levels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for AI-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Data Management, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
- 2+ years experience specifically focused on Generative AI platforms and solutions.
- Proven experience in designing and deploying Generative AI-powered applications in enterprise environments, with expertise in use cases such as intelligent chatbots, virtual assistants, document summarization, and semantic search.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including building, customizing, and integrating copilots into Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel) and business workflows.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Foundry for rapid prototyping and deploying AI solutions, working closely with product and engineering teams.
- Proficiency in Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI (GPT-4, Codex, etc.), Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Machine Learning for model development and deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data governance, security, and compliance requirements, especially when working with sensitive data across cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
