Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and support to ensure excellent service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets.
