Key Responsibilities:
- As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping employees' experiences and driving organizational success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of at least five, including two HR Generalists based in the Philippines and Thailand.
- Overseeing key HR functions, including compensation & benefits, performance and talent management, employee relations, training & development, and employee welfare.
- Acting as a bridge between different business units to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
- Designing and implementing performance management strategies to recognize and retain talent while maximizing employees' strengths in alignment with business objectives.
- Driving change management initiatives to support business transformation and employee adaptability.
- Identifying opportunities for learning and development, creating tailored interventions, and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Providing data-driven insights to leaders to support employee development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
- Coaching and advising managers on HR-related decisions and best practices.
- Managing the HR lifecycle to ensure a positive and engaging employee experience.
- Collaborating with a multicultural People Department on various HR projects.
- Assisting in designing and implementing HR processes, policies, and initiatives.
Job Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
- Experience managing a team of at least five people, including remote team members across different countries.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law.
- Experience leading talent management programs, including leadership development and succession planning.
- Hands-on experience in change management to support business growth and transformation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong facilitation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels, including C-suite executives.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- The ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to evolving priorities, and manage multiple tasks with a proactive mindset.
- A solutions-oriented approach and data-driven decision-making skills.
- A high level of discretion when handling confidential information.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
