Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management:
  • Oversee the processing of monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
  • Manage and track employee time records, including hours worked, overtime, and leave balances.
  • Handle payroll-related deductions such as taxes, benefits, and contributions.
  • Generate payroll reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve any payroll-related queries or discrepancies from employees.
  • Employee Records and Benefits Administration:
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and promotions.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance).
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, and addressing employee inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
  • Familiarity with payroll software.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and tax codes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Salary Range: Up to RM3,500.00
  • Location: Damansara Utama, Selangor

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
