Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management:
- Oversee the processing of monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
- Manage and track employee time records, including hours worked, overtime, and leave balances.
- Handle payroll-related deductions such as taxes, benefits, and contributions.
- Generate payroll reports for internal stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any payroll-related queries or discrepancies from employees.
- Employee Records and Benefits Administration:
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and promotions.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance).
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, and addressing employee inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
- Familiarity with payroll software.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and tax codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Salary Range: Up to RM3,500.00
- Location: Damansara Utama, Selangor
