  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your new role:

  • Assist the IT Manager in developing and implementing IT strategies and policies.
  • Help in managing and coordinating IT projects and initiatives.
  • Supervise and support IT staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Assist in the recruitment, performance evaluation, and development of IT team members.
  • Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the maintenance and administration of IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications.
  • Help manage system updates, backups, and security measures.
  • Support project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring IT projects.
  • Assist in managing relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
  • Help track and manage IT expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Maintain documentation related to IT systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Prepare reports on IT performance, project status, and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensure that IT systems and practices comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring cybersecurity measures and policies.
  • Experience in managing daily IT operations and ensuring system reliability and performance.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed documentation for IT systems and processes.
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.

What you'll need to succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Preferably candidate with full spectrum of IT function especially software and programming.
  • Experience in finance industries will be better
  • Experience in IT support, management, or a similar role.
  • Adequate knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security.
  • Adequate knowledge of IT systems, SQL knowledge, Database
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with project management and vendor management is a plus
  • Need to understand and adapt about Japanese working culture

Job Offer

  • Basic salary starting from RM 5,000 to RM 7,000 (subjected to your experience and qualification)
