Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top Korean-speaking candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers/client to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels to source top talent.
  • Conduct interviews in Korean and English, assessing candidates’ skills, experience.
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring accurate documentation of candidate pipelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Fluent in Korean (TOPIK Level 4 and above preferred) and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
