- Assist in managing the overall project timeline, ensuring milestones are met and costs are controlled.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of interim and final payment applications.
- Assist with the evaluation and approval of contractors' work, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
- Prepare regular progress reports on cost control, procurement, and financial aspects of the project.
