The Role:
We need a high-energy sales pro to sell our spaces to corporate clients (tech startups, remote teams, creative agencies) for:
Offsite Retreats (strategy meetings by day, stargazing + bonfires by night).
Coworking Pop-ups (weekly/monthly rentals for hybrid teams).
Team-Building Adventures (think mountain scavenger hunts or city escape rooms).
Creative Meetups & Workshops (brand launches, influencer collabs, etc.).
You’ll be the face of COBNB, showing clients why our spaces beat generic hotels.
What You’ll Do:
- Close Deals: Target companies planning retreats and pitch COBNB as the anti-hotel experience (no fluorescent lights, just vibes).
- Package Experiences: Pair our spaces with local partners (e.g., "Mountain Retreat = coworking + guided hike + farm-to-table dinner").
- Impress Clients: Host site visits with chilled vibes and wow moments (e.g., coffee with a view, city loft happy hours).
- Social Savvy: Share behind-the-scenes content proving COBNB = productivity meets adventure.
- Keep It Fresh: Gather feedback like, “What would make your team say ‘Hell yes!’ next time?”
You’re Perfect If You:
- Have 2+ years in B2B sales (events, hospitality, coworking, or even SaaS with a fun culture).
- Light up Zoom calls and IRL meetings—clients should feel like they’re booking a mini-vacation, not just a meeting room.
- Love creative problem-solving (e.g., “What if we added a local chef for a private dinner?”).
- Can negotiate smoothly without being pushy.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
