Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Performance Test Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AppDynamics Java and LoadRunner along with domain experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management. This role requires working from the office during day shifts with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software applications using Python Java and other relevant technologies.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance using AppDynamics and LoadRunner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions for Consumer Lending Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management domains.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues in the aforementioned domains.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of applications by following best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of applications.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all technical activities.


Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in Java AppDynamics and LoadRunner.
  • Must have domain experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management.
  • Nice to have domain experience in Wholesale Banking Retail Banking Investment Banking & Brokerage.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
