"What would my job scope be?"
We are actively hiring for various roles as part of our expansion plan and are seeking an E-Commerce Assistant to provide outstanding customer service to our valued customers while learning the ropes of E-Commerce.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and reply to sales enquiries mainly through chat and email, and phone call as and when needed
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Follow up on orders and shipments
- Assist with and operate basic functions of an e-commerce platform including inventory management
- Prepare documents eg. invoice
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
"What are the requirements to apply?"
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service / online customer service / e-commerce (Lazada/Shopee) and handling various online platforms preferred. Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in e-commerce / marketing are encouraged to apply.
- Must possess excellent command of spoken and written English
- Must respond to messages (eg. chats, Whatsapp, email, call) rapidly
- Digital savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, E-Commerce business models, operations and technology
- Self-motivated and reliable, with integrity and great willingness to learn
- Able to meet tight deadlines and must be willing to work extra hours during big campaigns
"What are the working hours?"
Monday-Friday (9:30am-6:30pm), and during peak event days (eg. 1/1, 2/2, 3/3, Payday, etc.)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
