Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the operation team in scanning and saving all received documents from inspectors such as Inspection Reports and certificates and update on the form in SharePoint.
- Assist the operation in the registration of BV Sarawak as vendor in client portal (PETRONAS, PETROS, SARAWAK ENERGY, CIDB, UPKJ, etc.)
- Provide inspection report (IR) and Certificate Number to inspectors.
- Update and monitor PPE issuance to inspectors.
- Attend monthly meeting, safety meeting and other meetings.
- Support and assist as an Engineer in charge of any specific assignment within his/ her capacity.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a diploma from recognized academic institution.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Oral and Written)
- Able to work as a team with minimum supervision.
- Willing to learn and gain new knowledge.
- Familiar with IT application for report writing and communication (MS Office, Teams, Outlook)
