The Service Advisors (SA) will provide customer service support to Client Customers’
requests for information related to items including, but not limited to, post order support, delivery information, payment information, product pre-orders, product pre-screening calls (where applicable), and general Customer inquiries.
Key Qualifications:
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- C1-level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
Work Experience:
- Fresh graduates from relevant fields (English, Communication, Mass Communication) are welcome.
- Call centre experience is a plus but not required.
Technical Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting skills for mobile devices, PCs, and software.
- Passion for technology and problem-solving.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Offer Summary:
- Fixed Salary: UP TO RM 3,500
- Language Allowance: RM 300
- Bonus: 13th-month bonus
- Work Schedule: 5-day rotational shifts (Mon-Sun, 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM)

- Experience in customer-facing roles (phone, chat, in-person), including volunteer or school projects.

- Strong communication skills in English & Cantonese, adapting to different audiences.

- High-quality customer interactions, measured by call audits and satisfaction surveys.
- Strong expertise in client-supported products and services.
- Handling customer inquiries on order status, changes, and delivery.
