Job Description:

Account Assistant (Account Receivable)

1. Posts customer payments by recording cash, cheque, online payment transfer transactions in the Accounts Receivable module.

2. Updates individual receivables account. List out all unpaid invoices and send unpaid invoices listing to the salesman for them to follow up payment from customers.

3. Analysis unpaid invoices and alert individual salesman to resolves collections with customers.

4. Process month end closing for individual receivables account and send out monthly statement to customers by Whatsapp or by email.

5. To perform other ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Job Requirement:

  • Able to start in near time or one month notice.
  • Diploma/Degree Holder in any related courses.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Fast leaner and great computer typing skills.
  • Have great personality and can cooperate with other account staff.
  • Have experience using AutoCount will be advantages.

Location:

  • Taman Molek,Johor Bahru

Working Hours:

  • Work Monday-Saturday, 6 Full Days.
  • Off every Sunday and Public holiday.
  • 9.30AM-6PM. Overtime will be paid (Rate 1.5 & Rate 2.0)
