  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Marketing Executive is responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, preparing and submitting tenders (both hardcopy and online systems). The role requires a proactive individual with strong presentation skills, the ability to handle tender documentation meticulously, and excellent attention to detail.

Job Description

  • Prepare, complete, and submit tender documents (hardcopy and online systems) accurately and on time.
  • Ensure all tender requirements (pricing, compliance, supporting documents) are met.
  • Maintain an organized record of tenders, submissions, and follow-ups.
  • Review and ensure proper formatting, structure, and accuracy of all tender documents.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking, meetings, and industry events.
  • Arrange and conduct presentations, meetings, and site visits with prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to generate business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing or business development (preferably in security or service-based industries).
  • Strong ability to meet and communicate with potential clients professionally.
  • Experience in tender preparation and submission (both hardcopy and online systems).
  • Excellent attention to detail, writing skills, and document organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender submission platforms.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in security services marketing or tender preparation.
  • Knowledge of government and corporate tendering processes.
  • Strong writing skills with neat and structured documentation abilities.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
