Job Description
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for security guards and staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify attendance records, shift schedules, overtime, and allowances before payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, Zakat, etc.).
- Handle salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions as required.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of absenteeism, overtime, and shift allowances.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, employee salary files, and audit documentation.
- Prepare and submit monthly statutory reports and payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Assist in audits and regulatory inspections related to payroll.
- Address employee salary inquiries, payslip requests, and payroll-related complaints.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing, preferably in the security industry.
- Experience handling payroll for local and foreign workers (Nepalese security guards preferred).
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential payroll information.
