Responsibility
- Manage daily activities, including staffing, scheduling and customer interactions
- Perform hands-on operations work and handle the administrative responsibilities
- Engaging with each store manager to drive all KPI’s
- Actively promote all marketing campaigns
- Oversee Outlet Manning, control labor and cost of goods across the region
- Train, mentor and coach store managers & assist with their career growth.
- Leading US Pizza customer experience throughout all stores.
- Audit for equipment, supplies and materials
Requirements
- Have min 2-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Prior experience in managing a cluster/ area of F&B outlets is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with excellent written & spoken English.
- Must be detail-oriented and stay on task, as well as efficient in scheduling and able to manage all the events
- Strong organizational skills to maintain the operations records
- Strong communications skills to all levels - Operations Manager, Upper Management, Support Centre, staff, and customers
- Ability to identify areas of improvement and to develop and implement process improvements and SOPs within the Operations team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,800.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
