Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on the Director’s behalf.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and other administrative needs.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and personal errands as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Canva or other editing apps
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed
- Open for experienced or fresh grads
- Good communication in English and BM
- Must possess own transport
