Job Purpose
This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer-focused banquet services to guests, in compliance with all brand standards and departmental Standard Operating Procedures.

Primary Responsibilities
Banquet Operation
- Organize and transport all supplies required for the set-up of a function
- Assist in the set up and break down function rooms according to standard operating procedures
- Prepare and ensure mise-en-place is complete
- Deliver F&B/banquet services in accordance to departmental standards and procedures
- Ensure that all service and storage areas are kept safe, clean and locked
- Report any complaints, incidents or any other irregularities to management
- Perform functions of cashiering and dispensing of beverages as assigned
Other Responsibilities
- Be well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
- Attend all meetings and trainings as assigned by management
- Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Assist Food & Beverage Outlets in their operations within peak times when needed
- Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, outlets and hotel services/features
- Perform other duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel
- Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships

Profile
Knowledge and Experience
- Secondary / High school education
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- No experience is required, training will be provided
