Job Description
- Receive and coordinate all sales enquiries in line with company’s sales process.
- Follow up sales activities with customers and potential customers.
- Capture all necessary information for preparation of quotes.
- Coordinate and ensure all export and import handling activities in process.
- Follow up on quotations sent to customers.
- Assist to check on overlooked emails sent to sales & marketing department for enquiries.
- Assist in monitoring, reviewing and reporting to sales & marketing department on all sales activities.
- Manage all FCL export booking.
- Issue and follow up on manifest correctors for required revision after vessel manifest closure.
- Responsible for timely coordination of final freight movement of international cargo to customers and meeting their delivery needs.
- Assist to coordinate and ensure all freight forwarding services provided by company are organized and in order.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree holder (preferably in Business Admin, Marketing or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years working experience.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications.
- Good organization & communication skill.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
