Admin Assistant
Job Summary
Assist the building executive in overseeing the day to day office operations in ensuring the satisfactory management of the strata properties.
Job Responsibility
To receive and monitor daily collection and coordinate the collection of overdue debts.
Receive and maintain proper records of all complaints received and ensure timely attention and resolving all issues as per established service standards.
Attend and respond to inquiries via emails and phone calls.
Assist to compile and do proper filing i.e documents, checklist, service report, work order etc.
To implement and enforce house rules / bylaws / additional bylaws.
Monitor and record building inventories, security access and keys status
Assist for any documentation work.
Perform any other duties as and when assign by the management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
