  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To Achieve the optimum level of E-Commerce Inventory
  • Execute inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes stock holding and minimizes stock system and paperwork accuracy
  • The role carries responsibility for working with purchasing, goods inwards and dispatch to ensure necessary functions are carried out correctly
  • Ensure that E-Commerce stocks that are late or holding up for whatever reason are chased and followed up until receive
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system
  • Manage control measures to measure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved
  • Achieve a minimum of 95% of inventory record accuracy

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent in MS Excel Knowledge (Pivot table & V-lookup).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, highly creative with ability to think out of the box.
  • Proactive, independent, positive attitude and able to work in a fast pace working environment.
  • Planning, organizing and coordination skills.
  • Dedicated and result oriented under a tight schedule.
  • Critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills are required.
  • Self-motivated, good people manager, good team leader and good team player.
  • Capable to work well as part of a team and to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people.
  • Willing to travel and possess own transport.
  • Willing to travel locally or overseas when required.
  • Willing to work in Damansara Height

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:
